GOOD PARTNERS AND A STRONG TEAM

We are extremely selective and careful when choosing factories to work with. We see this as the very first step in delivering the right level of quality. All factories within our network are thoroughly evaluated before any cooperation begins. We prefer to work with a limited number of excellent factories and build strong, long-term relationships with them. In this way, our manufacturing partners become highly familiar with the quality standards we require.

Having a strong Quality Assurance (QA) department and an experienced Quality Control (QC) team is also essential to us. Our QC team is present at the factories and works closely with each factory’s production team on a daily basis.

IN-PROCESS INSPECTION AND FINAL INSPECTION

At a minimum, our QC team always performs in-process inspections and final inspections. However, in most cases, we conduct 100% inspections. This depends on the specific product and situation. Everything — from product structure, assembly, moisture content, dimensions, color, finishing, to packaging — is carefully inspected and fully documented in a report for each container before it leaves the factory. Quality reports are generated through the QARMA system and can be shared with customers at any time.

FLEXIBLE AND ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING SOLUTIONS

For each factory and product line, we maintain clearly documented packaging specifications to ensure products are delivered to end customers in the best possible condition. We offer different packaging levels, ranging from ISTA 1A to ISTA 3A standards, depending on customer requirements. We only use environmentally friendly packaging materials and have eliminated all foam and plastic from our packaging solutions.

ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL

During the final inspection process, we verify that all aspects related to Shipping Marks, Buyer’s Instructions (AI), and labeling requirements specific to each customer have been properly followed. In addition, we attach product material tags that include Care and Maintenance instructions. This provides useful information for end users and helps maximize the durability and lifespan of the products.

All factories we work with are carefully selected. We take the time to evaluate and ensure that they uphold high ethical standards and treat both partners and employees with respect. They must also maintain full transparency in their raw material sourcing. Most of them have passed audits such as SEDEX, BSCI, SA 8000, or are currently in the process of certification.

SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAIN AND RAW MATERIALS

We also provide visibility into our supply chain and the origin of the raw materials used in our products. We supply relevant documentation and comply with specific regulations such as EUTR.

Oakra Homes aims to reduce its environmental impact, focusing on reducing consumption and emissions. The company pays attention to environmental and social sustainability in its choice of suppliers, favoring local ones to support the economy and reduce the impact of transport. The selection of materials also testifies to Oakra Home’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. All production is 100% Made in Vietnam.
